A status notification appears once the bulk sending process initiates. Select the
Refresh
icon to see the current status. While the bulk send is processing, you can go away from the page and check back later. On the
MANAGE CLIENTS
menu, select the same template to check the status.
Sending in bulk will 1st update the client
STATUS
as
IN QUEUE
and
IN PROCESSING
.
The notification updates when the template has been sent to all eligible clients.
