Instant Access to clients profiles

When working with a new client, you may want to begin uploading documents and requests before they have the opportunity to view and accept their invitation email. With instant access, you can begin working in a client's profile immediately after adding them in
Client Management
.

What is Instant Access?

Instant access lets you view a client’s profile before they've gotten the chance to accept your firm’s connection request. You can take advantage of instant access by preparing a client's profile before they connect to your firm (modifying a sent questionnaire, managing document uploads, and requests).
NOT INVITED clients in CLIENT MANAGEMENT appearing in Overview.

How to get instant access to client profiles?

To get instant access to a client's profile, create their profile by providing the required (marked by an asterisk *) information when using the
Add Client
or
Import multiple clients
features in
Client Management
.
Mandatory fields when adding the client in the Add Client window.
Once the client record has been saved, go to the
Overview
screen to see your newly added client listed under the
Client’s I'm Following
tab. Select them to view their profile.
Click the client profile in the Overview screen.
Alternatively, you can search for clients with the
Enrolled
and
Not Connected
status by using the
Search All Clients
feature in
Overview
.

When is instant access not available?

A client's status in
Client Management
can dictate whether or not you can instantly access their profile. You won’t be able to gain instant access to a client's profile if their status is
Connected Elsewhere
.
Client with the CONNECTED ELSEWHERE status in Client Management.
