Access your new Spam Quarantine account

  1. Sign in with your username and password. Your username is your Exchange email address.

    Your temporary password is in your "Welcome to Proofpoint" email from
    proofpoint-pps@ppops.net

Alternatively, you can also access your account without having to sign in to Proofpoint by selecting
Manage My Account
in your End User Digest email.

If a customer selects
Manage My Account
from an End User Digest Email received before TR enabled the web access to spamfilter.vo.thomsonreuters.com, then the URL will still be pphosted.com and will present a security certificate warning. The customer can select
Advanced
then
Proceed
and it will take them to their Spam Quarantined inbox. However, it's recommended that they use the web access (
spamfilter.vo.thomsonreuters.com
) or select
Manage My Account
from an End User Digest email received after TR has enabled the web access.
