Show transactions with directors during the period on the FRS 105 related party transactions note

Take the following steps to show transactions with directors during the period on the FRS 105 related party transactions note, rather than only showing the start and end balances.
  1. Depending on how you need to show the transactions, download the following files:
  2. Save the files to your local computer.
  3. Run the report.
  4. Right-click on the figures in the note for the end of the current accounting period, then select
    Go to XML
    . 
  5. Select then delete all the XML code on the
    XML source
     tab.
  6. Paste the XML code from one of the following files:
    • transactions-with-dirs-cy.txt
       if you're reporting transactions with individual directors.
    • agg-transactions-with-dirs-cy.txt
       if you're showing transactions as aggregate values.
    After pasting the code, verify that there's a
    Report template is syntactically correct
     message.
  7. Select
    OK
    .
    The current period figures will now show the movement for the year.
  8. Repeat steps 2 to 7 for the table of figures for the prior year, but in step 6, paste the code for the prior year:
    • transactions-with dirs-py.txt
       if you're reporting transactions with individual directors.
    • agg-transactions-with-dirs-py.txt
       if you're showing transactions as aggregate values.
