Administrators: Flag a batch of users
After you've tested the initial upgrade with a few user profiles, you should export a spreadsheet of user profiles and use that to flag a batch of accounts for the Thomson Reuters Account Upgrade.

Turning on
Create users in Thomson Reuters Account
makes it so new users have to use the Thomson Reuters Account to sign in. It also disables the Login Method
on the User Details
page.- Go to theThomson Reuters Account Upgradescreen.
- Mark the user profiles you'd like to export.
- SelectExport.
- Go to yourNotifications Queueand download theUserImportUpgradeTemplatespreadsheet.
- Open the spreadsheet and enter an upgrade option for each active user.noteSelect one of the following options:
- Thomson Reuters Account - Self Upgrade Requested
- Thomson Reuters Account - Upgrade Mandated
- Save your modified sheet and go to theThomson Reuters Account Upgradescreen.
- SelectImport Users for Upgradeand select your modified spreadsheet from the place you saved it to.
- Your view refreshes and you'll get a confirmation message if the import was successful. You can verify the success by reviewing the information on the page for the updates you made.Check Upgrade ProgressAdministrators can monitor progress directly on the Thomson Reuters Upgrade page.
- Each user now has an Upgrade Status field that shows whether they are Non-Thomson Reuters Account, Self Upgrade Requested, Mandate Upgrade Requested, In Progress, Completed or Failed.
- If an upgrade fails due to invalid or inactive email addresses, you’ll see it flagged here.
importantFor migration to be considered complete, only active profiles need to be upgraded. Inactive/Disabled profiles are left as-is and do not impact the success of the migration.
