Integrate with CS Professional Suite

Organize FileCabinet CS documents by category

Follow these steps to sort your documents by service and date in FileCabinet CS:
  1. Go to the
    Firm
     screen.
  2. Select the
    Preferences
     tab.
  3. Mark
    Organize by Category
     in the FileCabinet CS options section.
note
This change only affects new documents. Existing files will stay in their current structure. For consistency, we suggest making this change at the beginning of a new processing period.
  • When printing multiple check types, the 1st check determines the category.
  • Organizing by category overrides profile stapling when printing to FileCabinet CS.
The following table explains how reports and checks are categorized when sent to FileCabinet CS.
