Proposed a new simplified standardized return to replace the CBT-100 and CBT-100U.
North Carolina
Introduction of a new 7-month extension to file the franchise and income tax return for tax years beginning on or after January 1, 2025.
New Hampshire
Phasing out of New Hampshire Interest and Dividends Tax Return and Extension Request (NH DP-10 and NH DP-59-A) after November 15, 2025, and substituting it with a new tax, effective December 31, 2025.
