Phase 3: Data import

Create due dates for Thomson Reuters content

You previously mapped the event templates used in Classic to the obligation IDs maintained in the Global Content Library. For those matches, the import process resembles Calendar Classic. Simply provide the Year, Entity, and Obligation, and we'll create the due dates.
Prepare your import file
  1. Select the
    Schedule Due Dates tab
    Export
    Get import Template
    .
    1. The import template has detailed instructions on the 1st tab.
  2. Enter the year/Entity/Obligation ID combinations that you identified in the previous step.
  3. Add any Assigned Users/overall Responsibility Users.
  4. Add any Custom Field Information that can be added at the time of creation.

Create custom due dates

For instances where you found no matching Obligation ID, simply create those due dates using an import process. You can create the record by providing the needed information since it's no longer a 5-step process.
