Low confidence data and Action Needed items

Low confidence data

When the AI is uncertain about extracted information, it flags the data as low confidence.
To resolve these items:
  1. Go to the flagged field in the organizer.
  2. Review the source document (accessible via the document viewer).
  3. Verify or correct the extracted data.
  4. Save your changes.

Action Needed items

The system highlights items that require your attention before the return can be finalized.
Common action-needed items include:
  • Missing required information
  • Low-confidence extractions
  • Incomplete sections
  • Data validation errors
To resolve these items:
  1. Review the
    Action Needed
     list in the document viewer.
  2. Address each item by verifying or entering data.
  3. Mark the items as complete once resolved.
  4. Refresh diagnostics to confirm resolution.
