Uploading manually signed documents

Once a document is Ready, you may use the eSignature feature within Contract Express to sign the document (for more details see Configuring eSignature for a template) or upload the signed document manually.
To upload the signed document:
  1. Choose the
    Upload signed document
    option in the header of the document details page.

  2. In the opened panel, select the document for upload from your local disk. If the document has been created from a template with sub templates, user can upload a separate pdf document for every generated Word document.

  3. Click
    Upload
    .
    User can upload signed documents several times, if needed.
  4. Once you uploaded the finalized signed documents, you can change the document status to Executed by choosing
    Mark as executed
    option in the
    Signature
    section.

Users can download both the pre-signature version, and the signed version of the document.
