Create a new client profile in e-Form RS

A client profile contains a record of a taxpayer name, address, ID number, and other relevant information about the client. The information entered in the Client Profile record is carried into the appropriate fields on associated forms.
A client profile must contain either a Company Name or a Taxpayer’s Last Name. If a client profile contains both, incorrect information may flow into some forms.
To add a new client profile:
  1. Select
    Add Client
    from the Clients menu.
  2. Enter all the required information.
  3. Select
    Save Changes
    .
    You can also select
    Add New Client
    on My Clients screen.
