Delete users

Follow these steps to delete users from Engagement Manager.
This will completely remove the user from the application. If you want to remove the access but keep the user in the application, you can deactivate the user instead.
note
You must have GoFileRoom and Engagement Manager administrative permissions to complete this task.
  1. In Engagement Manager, select
    Setup
     , then
    Manage Users
    .
  2. Mark the checkbox for each user you want to delete, then select
    Delete
     from the toolbar.
  3. Select
    Delete
     to confirm.
