Solution 1: Install the compatible bit-version of the Add-In

Open a spreadsheet in
Microsoft Excel
.
Select
File
, then
Account
.
Select
About Excel
. Check the bit version.
Install the compatible bit version of the Engagement Manager Client Add-In.

Solution 2: Check if more than one version of Microsoft Office is installed

Open
Windows
Control Panel.
Select
Programs and Features
.
Check that there is only one supported version of
Microsoft Office
.
If there are multiple supported versions of
Microsoft Office
installed on your computer, ask your firm's IT professional to help you resolve this problem. You only need one single supported version of Microsoft Office installed.
