You may get this message when you attempt to open a document through FirmFlow.

You are missing gfrCheckView.dll. Please install the file and try again.

First, complete the GoFileRoom set up article.

If the error continues to occur after you have completed the checklist, ensure that the gfrCheckView component is enabled in Microsoft Edge.

In Microsoft Edge, choose Tools, Manage add-ons.

In the Show dropdown list, select All add-ons
.

Locate and highlight the gfrCheckView
component in the THOMSON REUTERS (TAX & ACCOUNTING) INC section.

If status in the Status column is Disabled
, right-click the add-in and select
Enable
.

Select More information
.

Select Allow on all sites
, then select Close
.

In the Manage Add-ons dialog, select Close
.

Restart Microsoft Edge.
