This article applies to:

Locate and refresh your ScanFlow license for a new computer

Find and refresh your ScanFlow license when you want to use ScanFlow on a new computer or update your version of ScanFlow.

Open Windows File Explorer
and go to either of the following locations, depending on your version of Windows:

32-bit —

C:\Program Files\GoFileRoom\GFRScanFlow\

64-bit —

C:\Program Files (x86)\GoFileRoom\GFRScanFlow\

Right-click

license.exe

and select Run as administrator
from the context menu.

This opens the

ScanFlow License Information

window.

Alternatively, you can enter

ScanFlow License

in the Windows Search
box, then right-click the license and select Run as administrator
from the context menu.

If the Please enter your ScanFlow License
box is empty, you'll need to contact GoFileRoom Support and ask them to refresh your license.

More recent versions of ScanFlow will retain your license in this box so that you don't need to contact Support.
