Print bookmark separators for GoFileRoom

Before you scan documents with ScanFlow, you can print bookmark separators to help you organize documents.

Your firm should test colored pages and white pages to determine your process.

You can set a page range in the Print window to print subsections or single pages of the bookmark separator group.

If you send a bookmarked PDF for TaxSort processing, GoFileRoom deletes the bookmarks and replaces them with TaxSort bookmarks.

In GoFileRoom, select Add Documents
in the toolbar.

Select Bookmarks
.

Choose a bookmark separator group, then select OK
.

Select Print
to finish.
