About the K-1 Aggregator on the ONESOURCE platform
The K-1 Aggregator enables you to quickly extract and aggregate complex non-standard K-1 information.
The K-1 Aggregator features
:- supports all entity types for filing
- imports foreign forms into the system
- 1065: Forms 5471, 8865, 8886, 8621; Form 926 isn't in the IRS schema
- 1120: Forms 926, 5471, 8865, 8886, and 8621
- imports K-1 source documents into Organizers for locators in 1065 and 1120
- reads Page 1 and all whitepaper statement detail
- adds to the existing data in a locator with no loss of existing data
- doesn't require you to map the fields
User setup and access
To use the K-1 Aggregator, you need permissions to the standard user for the K-1 product. This turns on the tile on the ONESOURCE Platform.

You must be an administrator user with full access to set up users.
- In ONESOURCE Platform, go toAdministration.
- Select the user and thenEdit.
- In theUser Permissionsscreen, selectPlatform, thenK1Analyzer_System_OSW group.
- SelectTransferand thenNext. This adds the user to theLS1 group K1Analyzer_System_OSW, which controls the visibility of the K-1 Aggregator tile in the ONESOURCE Platform.
