Convert CCH Axcess returns to GoSystem Tax RS in-office

Prepare CCH Axcess data for conversion

Calculate the returns in CCH Axcess Tax or use the batch manager. Follow the instructions in this article for how to export data from tax returns in CCH Axcess Tax.
Set up the TaxTransfer ConfigurationOption.XML with the following settings:

Continue with the TaxTransfer instructions to select returns and export the data to a location of choice. We recommend using something accessible to locate later, for example C:\Data. This will create an XML file for each return processed.
Sign in to GoSystem Tax RS.
Select
Returns Processing
,
Import/Export
,
Tax Software Conversions
, and then
Select Files
.
Select the firm, account, year, tax type, and CCH Axcess.
Browse to the location of the files you need to convert and select all the returns to convert.
When ready to proceed, select
Next
, and then
Convert
.
Make note of the batch job number, and select
OK
.
To view the status of the conversion process, go to
Returns Processing

Tax Software Conversions
, and then
Batch Status
