Comparison dashboard

The Comparison dashboard shows the following information:
  • Firm name
  • Rating: Average firm rating
  • Rating ranks: The firm rankings among the firms included in this report
  • NPS: The firm’s Net Promoter Score
  • NPS ranks: The firm's ranking based on the NPS
  • Average rate: The firm's average rate
  • Average rate ranks: The firm ranking based on the average rate
  • Partner rate: Average partner rate
  • Partner rank: Firm ranking based on the partner rate
  • Associate rate: Average associate rate
  • Associate ranks: Firm ranking based on the average associate rate
All rates are displayed in the company base currency.
You can use the dropdown filters on the toolbar to refine your data.
  • The
    Start and End date
     filter is built based on the evaluation dates. The start date defaults to the date of the first submitted evaluation, and the end date defaults to the latest evaluation date.
  • Areas of law
     filter is based on the substantive law values from the matters associated with the evaluations included in the report.
  • The
    Country
     filter is based on the countries from the matters and linked with the evaluations included in the report.
  • States/provinces/regions
     dropdown is based on the matter's states list.
You can position your cursor over a firm row to show the rating breakdown by performance measures or themes if the firm has evaluation data.
