Troubleshoot Azure Virtual Desktop
Find help for opening applications, printing, scanning, and using Azure Virtual Desktop after migration.
Use the sections here to find tips and troubleshooting steps after you migrate to Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
Open applications
- If your applications don’t open, refer to Azure Virtual Desktop apps don't launch.
- If the sign-in window appears more than once, update your Windows App.
- Open Windows App on your device.
- If there is an update notification, go ahead and update your version. Otherwise, your application is up to date.

- Sign in toNetClient CS.
- Open Microsoft OneNote.
- SelectFilethenInfo.
- Search and select the location you need to access.
- Open the notebook.
Print and scan
- If printing is slow, make sure you set your Default Printer and Default Scanner (if needed).
- AVD uses TSScan and TSPrint by TerminalWorks to help with print and scan performance.
- If you are unable to scan, the TerminalWorks TSScan installation may have encountered a problem in your computer. Re-download TSScan from this link: TSScan_client.exe
Specific application tips
- Accounting CS
- Make sure you set your computer's Display Settings to 100% to avoid display issues.
- FileCabinet CS Print DriverIf you can't print to FileCabinet CS Virtual Office, make sure you only have 1 print driver installed for that application:
- Uninstall all previous FileCabinet CS Virtual Office Print Driver clients.
- Sign in toNetClient CS.
- SelectApplications.
- OpenSetupand selectFileCabinet CS Print Driverto download the installation file.
- Find the file and run it.
- Follow the prompts in the installation wizard.
