View processing instructions

Open the Processing Instructions
grid, then review each column and use Hide/Unhide
or Details
to manage your instructions.

You can use the Processing Instructions grid to review details about processing instructions you've created.

note

If you're a new user, there will be an empty grid. If not, the grid will show all previously created Processing Instructions
.

Go to the Processing Instructions
grid from the left navigation panel.

Review the following columns:

Actions
:

Select Hide/Unhide
to hide the instructions from the list.

Select Processing Instruction Details
for an overview of the processing instructions.

Available
:

Select Yes
to show the available processing instructions.

Select No
to show the hidden processing instructions.

Name
: Select the name to open the

Processing Instructions Detail

screen. From there, you can edit the name as needed.

Data Fields Name
: Shows the name of the data field selected while creating the processing instructions:

Standard Trial Balance

Tax Provision 6-Column Fields

# of Uploaded Columns
: Shows the number of columns in the source file.

# of Enriched Columns
: Shows the number of columns that are enriched.

Start Row
: Shows the starting row number of the file.
