The table below contains a list of available links that can be added to the
Edit Classification
screen.During the implementation phase, the client company determines which links are relevant to their business needs and which ones are not needed. Due to this configurability, the number of links you have in your setup may vary from the example screenshots provided in this User Guide.
Available Links | Descriptions |

Web Links | If clicked, this link will open a list of customizable links to external sites. |
CIQ Code | If clicked, you can associate a CIQ code to the currently selected product based on the HS Number of selected product.

This link will only be active for clients who are also subscribed to Global Trade Content. |
Audit Log | If clicked, this link will open a pop-up containing all audit records across all country views for the selected product. |
Document Retention | If clicked, this link will open a pop-up containing a list of all documents associated with the selected product. You have the option and ability to attach additional documents as needed. |
Global Product View | If clicked, this link will open a pop-up containing all of the selected product’s country-level information within the system. |
Product Spreadsheet Upload | If clicked, this link will exit the Edit Classification screen and redirect you to the GC Spreadsheet Upload screen. |
Exit | If clicked, this link will exit the Edit Classification screen and redirect you to the ONESOURCE Home (Default) screen. |
New | If clicked, this link will create a new product record. |
Apply | If clicked, this link will copy the selected product’s values into an existing record. |
Copy | If clicked, this link will copy the selected product’s values into a new record. This is covered in more detail in the Product Copy section of the User Guide. |
Save | If clicked, this link will save the new or modified record presently open on the Edit Classification screen. |
