The
Interface Setup
tab can be used to ignore specific Interfaces without having to request Thomson Reuters Professional Services to change every customer underlying configuration. If no Interfaces are disabled, all Interfaces configured for a specific instance will be considered during the validation process.It is important to note that this tab will only be accessible on the administrator level and standard users will not have access.
To enable an interface:
- Uncheck the desired box(es) in theDisabledcolumn.
- Click Save. If the box is already unchecked, no action is required.
To disable an interface:
- Choose one or more boxes in theDisabledcolumn and check them.
- ClickSave. If the box is already checked, no further action is required.
