File Load Manager

Overview

In some cases, files that are imported or uploaded to the ONESOURCE system may contain errors. In these instances, the
File Load Manager
 screen can be used to manage and resolve these file issues.
The screen is divided into four docks (File Import Status, Ad-Hoc File Validation, XML File Validation and Interface Setup), which are described in more detail in the subsections below. Just like with the
Lookup
 screens, you can switch between docks by clicking on a dock name.
This screen can be found under the
Tools
 menu, or you can also navigate to the screen via a link from the Email notification sent when validations are run.

ToolTips

Each dock within the
File Load Manager
 screen has a ToolTip, which provides a brief summary of what the screen can be used for. This ToolTip will appear if the cursor is hovered over the screen name.
