DPS Batch Screening Management: Centralized Batch Process View

The
Batch Screening Management
screen provides a centralized view of batch processes, enabling you to track process completion effectively. To access this screen:
  1. In the main menu, select
    DPS
    .
  2. Choose
    Batch Screening Management
    .
Proactive Screening (Batch Screening) Process
  • The system initially selects all Company Partners listed in Company Maintenance, except those manually blocked or with DTS Search Flag fields set to "No.
  • The system chooses entities that were last screened prior to the most recent Denied List update, meaning their screening date predates the modification of the Denied List.

screen shows results for up to 30 days of batch history.

Batch Status

Perform a search to filter the results for specific statuses.
  1. Open the
    Batch Status
    dropdown menu.
  2. Choose the desired status.
Batch status
Definition
In Progress
Displays ongoing batches. Helps estimate completion time for batch screenings.
Finished
Indicates completed batch screenings. Confirms screening of all included company partners.
  1. Select
    Search
    to display the results

Result updates occur every 10 minutes for "In Progress" batches and every 30 minutes for "Finished" batches, unless a new batch starts or finishes.

Batch Results

The system displays batch processes for both
Finished
and
In Progress
statuses with the following information:
Column
Definition
Batch ID
The identifier number of the batch.
Submitted Date
The exact date and time the batch was triggered in the format: MM/DD/YYYY H:MM:SS AM/PM.
Recently screened
To optimize the batch screening, companies screened after the most recent list updated are disregarded.
Total Records in BatchID
The number of company partners records that are eligible to be screened by batch screening process.
Submitted
The number of company partners with submitted statuses.
Screened
Total number of records that were successfully screened.
Failed
The number of company partners with failed statuses.
Elapsed Time
The amount of time it has passed since this batch screening process was triggered.
Estimated Remaining Processing Time
If the batch status is In Progress, an estimated time on how much longer it will take to finish this batch screening process is displayed.
Batch Status
The status of the batch can be one of the following:
  • In Progress = At least one company partner included in the batch has not been screened yet
  • Finished = All company partner(s) included in the batch have been successfully screened
  • Finished with Error - All company partner(s) included in the batch have been successfully screened, except for at least one.
End time
The exact date and time that the batch finished processing.

If a column has “N/A” that means the column does not have applicable data to this batch process.
