Data Columns

The Government Data Validation
screen has the following data columns:

Columns	Description
Entry Num	The Entry Number used to identify the entry.
Line Num	The line number on the entry where the error occurred.
Entry Date	The date the entry was submitted into ONESOURCE Entry Verification.
Comparison Source	The source table for the government-provided data.
Source Field Name	The name of the source field.
Source Field Value	The value the Customs Broker entered into the source field.
Comparison Field Value	The value that should appear in the source field according to the government source.
Message	The Validation Type message for the line item. Examples of Validation Type messages are listed below: Entry Date does not match the corresponding government Entry Date. HS Number does not match the corresponding government HS Number. Importer ID does not match the corresponding government Importer ID. Port of Entry does not match the corresponding government Port of Entry.
