Government Data Validation

ONESOURCE Entry Verification can be used to store government-supplied data (e.g. ITRAC or ACE in the US) to help validate what a Customs Broker files versus what was actually declared to the Customs government agency. This is especially helpful in catching discrepancies. This screen can be opened by choosing Entry Govt. Validation
from the Entry Verification
menu.

For US clients wishing to use ACE data, ONESOURCE will provide a standard ACE Report template that will need to be used to import ACE data. CBP currently does not allow for electronic interfaces with ACE Reports. Please contact your Thomson Reuters Administrator for further details. Instructions for creating ACE reports are included in the Creating ACE Import Declaration Reports Through the US ACE Web-Portal section of this User Guide.
