Validate
To kick off the validation process, click
Validate
at the top of the Government Data Validation
screen. 
While the system is performing the validation process, the following notification message will appear on the screen:
This process will revalidate the most recently updated versions of all entries matching the criteria filtered on the page. In order for validation to be effective, the Customs Broker must have first fixed the error. The validation engine re-validates the entries by comparing the broker’s corrected data against the entry data. The screen refreshes every second, displaying the validation steps as they complete.

Refresh
for confirmation that the workflow is complete. 
If the new version of the entry provided by the Customs Broker provided is correct (matches the government entry), then the discrepancy will close no longer appear on the screen. However, it will be written to the history table for audit records.
