Entry Reconciliation

Entry Reconciliation allows an Importer to file an entry with the provision that certain data elements will be provided or confirmed at a later date.
After the information can be provided with confidence, the Reconciliation will be filed to finalize the information and the additional duties will be billed or refunded as appropriate. An entry can be filed for Reconciliation up to 21 months after the date of the oldest entry being filed.
The Entry Reconciliation functionality within ONESOURCE Entry Verification allows you to:
  • Review all entries that have been flagged for Reconciliation by the Customs Broker
  • Update Reconciliation Code for an entry
  • Integrate with ONESOURCE Automated Broker Interface to self-file Reconciliation.
    Note that ONESOURCE ABI must be purchased for this feature to function.
