The
Government Data Validation
 expanded view is designed to provide more detail into what a Customs Broker declared on an entry beyond just the discrepancies highlighted on the main
Government Data Validation
 screen. This expanded view provides entry visibility of the government (ITRAC/ACE) entry data.
Features of the Government Data Validation expanded view include:
  • View and easy navigation of Government (source) and Filer (comparison) data
  • Discrepancies (outlined in red on the page)
  • Detailed discrepancy descriptions (available via a hover-over tool tip box)
  • Discrepancy note storage (via Notes fields per discrepancy)
  • Extract capabilities to turn the selected discrepancies into an Excel spreadsheet
