After you are logged in, hover your cursor over the
Entry Verification
menu to see a list of available options. To select a menu item, place the cursor over the desired option and click.

Available Screens Within Entry Verification

Depending on which capabilities were purchased and configured during implementation, some of the following screens may not appear as available options on your version of the
Entry Verification
menu. Each screen is covered in more detail in the corresponding sections of this help documentation.

Entry Summary
A consolidated view of entry review activity. This screen includes the following tabs:
  • Entry Management
  • Entry Data
  • Payment
  • Liquidation
  • Groups
  • Line Overview
  • Communication
  • Work Queue
  • Entry Analysis
Entry Validation
Displays all entry line item errors, organized per entry.
Entry Search
Searches all entry data and product reports.
Entry Data Audit Management
Allows the company to audit a partially random selection of entries based off specified country, date, and/or subset parameters.
Entry Verification Audit Log
Provides visibility into the history of an entry, including:
  • Actions taken in the system by a user working on the entry
  • Status changes
  • Entry versions
  • Corrected discrepancies
Entry Error Reporting
Creates an error report containing validation errors that occurred during the entry validation process.
Entry Liquidation
Tracks and displays the liquidation dates for all entries in the system.
Entry Government Validation
Displays any government entry errors.

NAFTA Reconciliation Summary & Determination

The
NAFTA Reconciliation
screens have been replaced with the
Entry Reconciliation
screens. Going forward, the
Entry Reconciliation
screens shall be used for entry reconciliation activities and the NAFTA Reconciliation screens shall be provided for historical access of records only.
Supports the NAFTA Reconciliation process.
Entry Data Override
Allows you to override product numbers.
Entry Analysis
Analyzes existing entry data for preferential trade agreement opportunities.
Declaration Correction
Provides a consolidated view of high-level information pertaining to entries needing post filing correction.
