Create Export Declaration

The
DE Export Declaration
 screen can be opened by clicking
DE AES 3.0
 from the
Export
 menu.
To create a new declaration, click
New Declaration
 to prompt the system to automatically generate an E_EXP_DAT (Export Data) message type, which can be viewed in the grid below.
The E_EXP_DAT message type represents a full declaration to Customs and serves as the starting point for all declarations created in the ONESOURCE system.
To open the new declaration.
  1. Click
    New Declaration
    .
  2. Enter required data. If a field has an asterisk (*), it is a required field and cannot be left blank.
  3. Click
    Save and Validate
    .
