DE Atlas Export

The ONESOURCE ATLAS Export solution has the core functionality to assist you with:

Creating new invoices.

Creating and transmitting different types of declarations to German Customs, adhering to their rules and regulations.

Receiving and managing incoming messages and notifications from German Customs regarding the acceptance, rejection, or pending status of any declaration or goods item. Should a rejection or pending status occur, the system will include the cause for the status.

Once logged in, click the Export
menu option to see a list of available options.

To open a screen, choose a screen name from the menu and click the screen name.

ATLAS Export (Available Screens)	Description
Export Shipment Lookup	Allows you to filter and view export information according to the parameters and conditions set in the lookup.
Export Invoice Management	Allows you to create, edit, and view invoices.
Export Email Management	Allows you to create, edit, and view e-mail templates.
Export License Management	Allows you to create, edit, and view export licenses.
ATLAS Export Declaration	Allows you to create declarations, add invoices to declarations, edit, and submit to German Customs for a response.
