If the processing of the Supplementary/Replacement Declaration for Export (E_EXP_ENT) is carried out without errors, a status message is received from custom for export (E_EXP_STA). |
E_EXP_EXT | Confirmation of Exit Export Exit | The declarant can send this message to Customs once goods have left the Customs territory. On a system level, the declarant can only create an E_EXP_EXT message once an E_EXP_FUP response is received from Customs. The E_EXP_FUP message is sent by Customs to inform the declarant that Customs has not received a confirmation of exit for goods from the carrier. A declarant can arrange with Customs to send an E_EXP_EXT message without having received the E_EXP_FUP response if the E_EXP_REL (Released for Export) message received for the declaration is 70 days old or older. The document age is based on the date field “Zeitpunkt der Überlassung” received in the export release message. |
