Search Bar
The search bar, which is visible in all screens, is used for locating specific invoices or declarations within the ONESOURCE ATLAS Export system.
Search Filters | Description |

Current | If clicked, all invoices/declarations will display in the Find Shipment orFind Declaration drop-down. |
Completed | If clicked, only invoices/declarations that were cancelled or received a “NOT” from German Customs will display in the Find Shipment orFind Declaration drop-down. |
For declarations, only one entry will be visible per declaration. The entry is identified by its Local Reference Number (LRN) followed by the declaration’s Customs Reference Number. The Customs Reference Number is provided by German Customs.
For invoices, only one entry will be visible per invoice number.
There are two ways to select an entry. In both cases, click on the
Find Declaration
or Find Shipment
field. You can then select an entry from the drop-down or use the type-ahead feature to type all or a portion of the entry’s number.In the example below, “08” was entered in the field. As a result, the drop-down narrowed down its results to only include shipments containing “08”. Beside the entry is a description in parentheses. This description provides an abbreviation to indicate the declaration or invoice’s current state.
