ATLAS Simplified Import Declaration
The search bar, which is visible in all screens, is used for locating specific declarations within the ONESOURCE ATLAS Import system. A declaration is considered
Complete
when its state is Assessed
(i.e. it has received a CUSTAX message from Customs).Search Filters | Descriptions |

Current | If clicked, all declarations that are not in the Assessed state will appear in this drop-down. |
Completed | If clicked, all declarations that are in the Assessed state will appear in this drop-down. |
Only one entry will be visible per declaration. The entry is identified by its Local Reference Number (LRN) followed by the declaration’s Customs Reference Number. The Customs Reference Number (MRN) is provided by German Customs.
Click in the
Find Declaration
field and you can then select an entry from the drop-down or use the type-ahead feature to type all or a portion of the entry’s number. Each entry will have a description in parentheses. These descriptions indicate the current state of the declaration.An example of what the search bar will look like is shown below for the
