DE Atlas Import

The ONESOURCE ATLAS Import solution has the core functionality to assist you with:

Creating new invoices.

Managing invoices that were previously exported from an external system.

Creating and transmitting different types of declarations to German Customs, adhering to their rules and regulations. The following declaration types can be produced in this solution:

Free Circulation – Simplified and Local Clearance Customs Procedures {CFCREC]

Free Circulation – Simplified and Local Clearance Customs Procedures (Pre-Arrival) {CFCREC, CUSCON}

Free Circulation – Supplementary Customs Procedures {CFCPED}

Validating declarations and goods items. The system will provide validation error notifications should a declaration or goods item have erroneous or incomplete information.

Receiving and managing incoming messages and notifications from German Customs regarding the acceptance, functional error, rejection, or pending status of any declaration or goods item.

Should a functional error, rejection, or pending status occur; the system will include the cause for the status.

Glossary of Terms

Term	Definition
Menu	The blue bar at the top of the ONESOURCE screen.
Screen	A main page opened when an item is selected from the main menu.
Grid	A list of rows and columns within a tab or screen. If data is displayed in a format similar to a spreadsheet, it is a grid.
Form	A list of independent field names that will populate data into a grid. If data is displayed in a format similar to a printable form, it is a form.
Tab	Tabs show different sections of a screen. Some contain grids. Some do not. note Some tabs may contain sub-tabs.
Pop-Up	A smaller window that pops up if a link is clicked within a screen.
Link	Blue hyperlinked text on a screen that, if clicked, will open a hyperlink to elsewhere or activate a pop-up.
Action Bar	A list of action links at the top of a screen.
Button	An icon that, when clicked, performs an action. This could be a radio button or an action button (e.g. Browse).
Box	An action box that can be checked or unchecked.

Once logged in, click the Import
menu to see a list of available options.

To choose a menu item and open a screen, place the cursor over an option and select your desired option.

CFCREC and CFCPED are functional screens rest are not implemented

The following screens are available from the Import menu:

Screens	Descriptions
Import Lookup	Allows you to filter and view information according to certain conditions.
Import Invoice Management	Allows you to create, edit, and view invoices.
ATLAS Import Declaration {CFCREC}	Allows you to add invoices to a Simplified Declaration, edit declarations, and submit to German Customs. Responses will also be catalogued on this screen.
ATLAS Supplementary Import Declaration {CFCPED}	Allows you to add Simplified Declarations to a supplementary declaration, edit supplementary declarations, and submit to German Customs. Responses will also be catalogued on this screen.
