Allowed Parties

Note: Most licenses require at least one Party. However, in some countries, agencies issue licenses where no Parties are required on a license.
To add a party record, click
Add New Record
.
Clicking
Add New Record
opens the
Edit License Party
pop-up. Enter the specific information as it relates to the party. It is important to note that parties (e.g. Ultimate Consignee, Freight Forwarder) must be entered exactly as they are written on the Export License.
The
Select Party
type-ahead search feature can be used to find a specific listed party. The type-ahead search feature is configurable per client user needs to find a specific party from the drop-down list.
Repeat this process for all required parties.
Click
Save
to store party information and keep the pop-up open for further editing.
Click
Save and Close
to store party information and return to the
Allowed Parties
tab.
Click
X
to close all changes and return to the
Allowed Parties
tab.
Once a party record is saved in the system, the notification
Party record successfully updated
will appear on the License Management screen.

Edit Allowed Party

To edit details of a previously stored party, go to the
Allowed Parties
tab and find the party that needs to be changed. Move the cursor to the downward arrow to the left of the
Party Type
column.
Click
Edit
. This will open the
Edit License Party
pop-up.
Make all necessary changes in the pop-up.
To save the party and keep the pop-up open for further editing, click
Save
.
To save the party and close the pop-up, click
Save and Close
.
To drop all changes without saving, click
X
.

Delete Allowed Party

To delete a previously stored party, go to the
Allowed Parties
tab and find the party that needs to be deleted. Move the cursor over the arrow in the party’s leftmost column.
Click
Delete
.
To remove the party, click
OK
in the confirmation pop-up.
To cancel the deletion and close the pop-up, click
X
or
Cancel
.
