License Management (CCL, ITAR, etc)

The core functionality and layout of screens between the CCL Licenses, ITAR Licenses
, or Licenses subject to other regulations globally are consistent. This section covers the functionality for all types of licenses but will show CCL Licenses
as the example. Any variances specific to a screen will be noted.

To locate a license in the system, click the “Find License
” drop-down. Locate and select the needed license number.

Performing this action displays the License Header
information, Allowed
Parties information, Line Items
details, and Notes
for the selected license. Users can add, edit, and activate licenses from this screen.
