FTA: Content Maintenance Procedures - Custom Client Rule Text
When it comes to rule text, our policy is to always adhere to the official version of the FTA Legal Text. If the rules have not been officially updated by the most official government agency, we continue to use the rule text under the existing agreement version. Further, we do not currently have a dedicated screen for managing client-specific rule text or a way to manage/modify the text themselves, so any changes must be directly added to their local database. If you want to use custom rule text that reflects the new HS number, reach out to their Account /Customer Excellence Manager to coordinate.
