FTA: Content Maintenance Procedures - De Minimis – Multiple
Most agreements handle a single De Minimis percentage normally of 10%, however there are other percentages depending on the chapters. For example, Textile chapters (Chapter 50-63) handle 7 or 10% of weight.
Currently, we can only handle one DM percent per agreement, but there is a pending request to be able to handle multiple to account for different rates in chapters 1-24/27 and 50-63. Here are some examples of FTAs.In these cases, we will only use the main percent until multiple can be accounted for.
