FTA: Supplier Submission of Non-Preferential Country of Origin Declarations

Suppliers responding to solicitation requests for Country of Origin Declarations will follow the same process as defined for Preferential Certificates. However, the information required on the “Products” tab will be limited as follows:
  • HS Number
  • Country Of Origin
  • Note (if desired)
  • Supplier Product Num (if requested)
Information pertaining to the
Qualified
 or
Non-Qualified
 status of materials (e.g. Preference Criteria, Producer, Net Cost and Traced Value) are only required if included by the issuer of the solicitation request.
