FTZ Management: Reports - Scope of Authority and FTZ Inventory Audit Reports

Scope of Authority Report

The Scope of Authority Report provides an in-depth breakdown of information for receipts and shipments out of Scope of Authority. This cannot be generated unless FIFO is in a Finalized status.
The following two reports are generated from this screen based on the selected timeframe:
• Receipts Out of Scope of Authority
• Shipments Out of Scope of Authority
The screen also includes a
Maintenance
 link at the top right-hand side which will redirect the user to the
Scope of Authority
 maintenance table when clicked.

To generate the reports:
  1. Specify a date range
    Start Date
     and
    End Date
    . There is also an optional
    Send Report Generation Complete Email
     box which will send an e-mail when the reports have completed.
  2. Click

The reports can only be generated as an Adobe PDF currently. To view a generated report, click the associated link.

The FTZ Inventory Audit Report provides an in-depth breakdown of information for on-hand inventory, including duty liability and Customs compliance. The following two reports can be generated from this screen:

• Inventory Audit

  1. Select either
    Inventory and Duty Liability
     or
    Inventory Audit
    .
  2. Specify a date range
    Start Date
     and
    End Date
    .
  3. Specify a 214 or Product Number or leave blank.
  4. Click
    Generate
    .
A report can be generated as an Adobe PDF (default), Excel spreadsheet, or Word document. These options are available in the
Report Format
 drop-down. To view a generated report, click the associated link.
