Manage information in the Details tab

  1. In the
    Product record
     screen, go to the
    Details
     tab.
  2. On the
    Contents
     side panel, select the category correspondent to the information you want to add or update.
  3. Select
    Edit
    .
  4. Always provide a product number (ProductNum *) and description (ProductDesc *) in the Product Information section. These steps might vary slightly depending on your company's system setup.
  5. Fill in the fields with the information needed.
    Use the Content panel on the left to go through sections efficiently.
  6. Select
    Save
     on the top right of the screen.
  7. If you wish to use AI suggestions for HS numbers in the “Tariff Information” section, refer to the ONESOURCE Global Classification AI article for more information.
