Apply a PGA template

It is possible to create templates to reduce the amount of time it takes to apply the necessary data required by different PGAs. All templates are created at the Agency, Program Code, and PGA Indicator levels.

  1. From the main menu, go to the
    PGA Mapping
     screen.
  2. From the grid that appears, check the product that you would like to apply the same template to.
  3. Select
    Apply template
    .
  4. In the
    Apply template
     screen, use the
    Select PGA template
     dropdown menu to select an existing template.
    A list of available products will appear with HS numbers relevant to the AMS Agency code.
  5. Select the products you want to apply to the template.
  6. Select
    Confirm template
    .
  7. A confirmation screen will open where you can select
    Apply template
     to confirm.
