Required Data Validations
The
Required Data Validations
tab displays validations created by ONESOURCE and are required for every client. Required validations cannot be turned off. These validations will take place as data is imported into Global Trade Visibility. Records that do not pass these validations will be treated as Hard
validation types and not allowed into GTV.The tab contains the following columns to help clients navigate the updates:
Standard Data Validations - Columns | Description |

Validation Group | Used for reporting the types of validations seen. Validation groups are created during implementation. |
Validation Name | A short description of a validation. Validation names are used to report on the types of validations seen. |
Validation Message | A detailed description of a validation. Validation messages display in the detailed validation reports to assist with research validations. |
Validation Description | Description provided by ONESOURCE to let users evaluate the purpose of the standard validation. |
