Cross Reference Data Setup

The
GTV Cross Reference Setup
 screen is used to view all updates and validations that take place when data is imported into Global Trade Visibility. This screen can be accessed by choosing
Global Trade Visibility
 from the main menu.
Cross Reference Data Setup
 will appear beneath the
Maintenance Data Management
 sub-menu.
GTV Cross Reference Setup
 contains four tabs to allow users to easily navigate between the various updates and validations. These tabs include:
  • Staging Data Updates
  • Client-Driven Data Validations
  • Standard Data Validations
  • Required Data Validation
All tabs on the
Cross Reference Setup
 screen are read-only (i.e. user cannot make updates). To make an update, please contact your system administrator.
important
All changes to
Staging Data Updates, Client-Driven Data Validations
 and
Standard Data Validations
 will take effect for all future records. Updates and validations will not be retroactively applied.
