Additional Filing Information

To view more information about a specific filing:
  1. Choose a filing from the grid to view.
  2. Click its corresponding expansion arrow on the far left.
After the record is expanded, two tabs will appear:
Associated Invoices
 and
Validation Warnings
.

Associated Invoices

The
Associated Invoices
 tab displays additional information regarding the selected filing’s related invoices.
To view the details of an invoice:
  1. Choose an invoice from the tab.
  2. Click its corresponding link in the
    OrderNumShip
     column.
Clicking on the invoice link in the
OrderNumShip
 column will open a second browser tab with the
Export Management
 screen open and the selected invoice’s information prepopulated in the fields.

Validation Warnings

The
Validation Warnings
 tab displays information regarding any outstanding validation warnings for the selected filing.
