Company Type
As a part of the AES requirements,
Company Type
appears only for the ultimate consignee on AES shipments. Forwarder details may not be required in the AES submission when the USPPI is preparing and transmitting the EEI details but has not employed the forwarder.
When forwarder details should not be filed, select the
DO NOT REPORT
option on the Customs ID Type
field.
