Filing a New DIS Submission
To create a new transmission, click
New
.
A pop-up will open, displaying a DIS questionnaire. Answer each question in the questionnaire until the questionnaire is complete, and then click
Submit
. This will then transmit the questionnaire to DIS.
A confirmation pop-up will appear on the screen. Click
OK
to continue.
